TBTuneup is the Personal Training Studio in Hythe that is friendly, professional and EFFECTIVE.
We are NOT just a gym. A gym you attend, you workout, you leave! At TBTuneup you are guided, coached, supported, given the tools you need and require, made to feel part of a team and we pride ourselves on creating a community. We are here to help you, every step of the way!

We offer a non-intimidating, well equipped studio, access when you require and support both in and out of the studio. We give you more than just a workout, we give you the tools to help you create a healthier life.

RICHARD JAY
RICHARD JAYOwner & Director - Head Personal Trainer Chief Torturer
Rich opened Total Body Tune Up in 2017 as a Personal Training Studio and Community Gym. He used weight training to combat an episode of depression and saw the opportunity to positively encourage the wider community to look after their mental and physical health. He is passionate about making his gym a non-intimidating, accessible and friendly environment.
Richard has enjoyed fitness for years; playing Rugby & Football for Bristol (you may notice the accent!), climbing up Welsh Mountains and surfing along the Cornwall coastline. He is a proud Dad to an awesome little boy!

HANNAH BOTTEN
HANNAH BOTTENPersonal Trainer - Marathon Runner and Horse Rider
Hannah served as a Police Officer for twelve years and became a Personal Trainer in 2017. She loves helping someone feel better about themselves; giving them confidence and putting a smile on their face.
Hannah enjoys pushing herself and has taken part in Man vs Coast, Man vs Mountain and a few half marathons.
She’s also tried paragliding, rock climbing, caving and coasteering. Hannah has two horses; Rowdy who is now thirty and Samson, an ex-racehorse. She also has two beautiful dogs. They do Canicross classes and compete in races together.
