Fit & Fifty is a group session that is run every Monday and Friday evenings with more sessions due to open up soon each week!

It is designed and run by the Personal Trainers to improve; agility, flexibility, balance, core strength, aerobic capability and muscle strength. 

It has the additional benefit of being very social and has a lovely community feel.

There is nothing quite like a recommendation from a very happy client who went from a rehabilitation scenario to within 5 months getting back onto the court doing the sport he loves.  He is still a member now and is thriving - we love you Geoff!

We’re lucky to have you Rich. Although I don’t always think that at 6 on a Thursday morning.

Not every workout will work out.
Not every day will be a day that you feel like youve reached your full potential ....and not just in the gym.  Some days are just plain tough and an uphill struggle.

BUT not all strength is physical.  The strongest arent necessarily the ones lifting the most kgs but the ones carrying the most inside.  The strongest of you are resilient, know that it is about standing back up again and again and its about consistency in that mindset. 

So dont be so hard on yourself, have an off day and try again tomorrow.

Total Body Tuneup Health And Fitness

So there is something to be said about this dog! This was an example of being put into a situation without his control!

Ending up suffering, overweight, quality of life was degraded, yet this dog was able to manage to get himself back on track and enjoying life.

It took time, he never gave up, he did everything, he tried new things but he got there!

This dog is how we should aspire to be! Constantly remembering that we can get there, it may require some grit, some determination, longer than we want things to but we WILL reach our goals if we are progressive and consistent!
